A combined brief connects stock availability, order preparation, dispatch, delivery and returns. Spell out who supplies order data, who prepares the parcel and how the delivery result returns to the operation.
Bring peaks and exceptions into the conversation
Average order counts hide the difficult days. Explain promotions, replenishment surges, unusual parcel sizes and returned stock. Ask how these situations will be handled in the operating plan.
Use a connected service brief
Choose fulfillment and last-mile delivery in the journey planner. Add import freight, clearance or land transport only when those movements belong in your required scope. The proposal should define responsibilities and the sequence of setup.
